Our Service Terms

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for driving lessons provided by Westline Driving School Ltd. By signing below, the student agrees to the following:

1. Payment
All lesson fees must be paid in advance or at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices apply only to the services agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Lesson Format
All training is conducted one-on-one inside the vehicle with the driving instructor. Westline Driving School does not provide classroom training.

3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, at least 24 hours notice is required. Late cancellations or missed lessons may be charged in full.

4. Student Responsibilities
The student agrees to:
- Follow all instructions given by the instructor.
- Carry a valid learner’s license or driver’s license.
- Arrive on time and be fit to drive.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety instructions.
Lessons may be stopped if the student behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

5. Vehicle Use
Training will take place in a properly insured and maintained training vehicle provided by Westline Driving School unless otherwise agreed.

6. Road Test Disclaimer
Driving lessons are intended to help students improve their skills. Westline Driving School does not guarantee that a student will pass any road test.

7. Liability
Westline Driving School takes all reasonable precautions to provide safe instruction. The student agrees to follow the instructor’s directions at all times during training.

8. Media Consent
The student gives permission for Westline Driving School to use photos or short videos taken during lessons for promotional purposes. If the student does not wish to participate, they may decline.

9. Privacy
Personal information provided by the student will only be used for scheduling, communication, and business records.
